How was the reinstall done,if in Win 7 explorer,then install simply overwrites the OS,if in MS-DOS, (Booting to Win 7 OS cd) then were all connections to pc unplugged..Either way,best bet is to reinstall Intel software/drivers.The 1st is chipset software,then video/then networking,the 1st is required as intel default
